Product Description & Natural Hair Variation

All XOXO Virgin Hair products are made from 100% raw, single-donor human hair. Because this hair is unprocessed and sourced directly from individual donors, slight natural variation in texture, wave pattern, luster, and color tone between bundles is normal, expected, and a hallmark of authentic raw hair — not a manufacturing defect or product error. Photos and videos on our website are representative but may not reflect the exact natural variation of every individual bundle. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this natural variation as an inherent characteristic of raw, unprocessed hair.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, all sales are final once a bundle has been removed from its sealed packaging, washed, cut, colored, or installed. Unopened, unaltered products may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 5 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at hey@itssteph.com.

Restocking Fees

Approved returns of unopened, unaltered products are subject to a restocking fee. Returns authorized in advance by XOXO Virgin Hair customer support are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the refund or store credit issued. Returns made without prior authorization — including items shipped back to us without a return request first being approved — are subject to a 40% restocking fee.

Unauthorized Returns Lost in Transit

Unauthorized returns are shipped at the customer's own risk. If an unauthorized return is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, XOXO Virgin Hair will not issue a refund, store credit, or any other compensation.

Order Verification

Orders where the shipping address does not match the billing address on file with the payment method may be subject to additional verification before the order is fulfilled or shipped. This may include a request for confirmation of the cardholder's identity or authorization to ship to the alternate address. XOXO Virgin Hair reserves the right to delay, cancel, or refund any order that cannot be verified.

Fraudulent Chargebacks

If you have any concern about the quality, condition, or accuracy of your order, you must contact XOXO Virgin Hair customer support at hey@itssteph.com within 3 calendar days of delivery, before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. This allows us the opportunity to resolve the issue directly — including inspection, exchange, or store credit where applicable.

Customers who file a chargeback without first contacting us and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue may be found, upon review of order and communication records, to be in violation of these Terms. XOXO Virgin Hair reserves the right to contest such disputes with the customer's card issuer using all available evidence, including order records, product photography taken prior to shipment, tracking and delivery confirmation, and any customer communication on file.

Customers who file an "item not as described" chargeback and retain possession of the product — rather than returning it in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges policy — have received both a refund and the merchandise. XOXO Virgin Hair reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies to recover this loss, including but not limited to small claims court action and reporting the matter to local law enforcement in the customer's jurisdiction, for any customer who obtains a refund through a chargeback without returning the disputed item.
